I started Valet PC Pro in 2025 as a convenient and accessible alternative to traditional PC repair services. As a former Best Buy & Geek Squad employee, I heard the frustrations of customers who want a simple repair experience that respects their time. Unfortunately, long lines, crowded parking lots, and understaffed teams have become the norm in most stores.
