Remote Support Session

If you are having a specific issue with an application or need guidance on your computer, we can help! Our IT support professionals have resolved thousands of the most common issues across several applications on both Windows and MacOS. 

After you book a time slot, we'll reach out with a link to give us temporary remote access to your PC. While the official window is 30 minutes, we'll work with you until your issue is resolved. There are no additional charges unless the session exceeds 45 minutes.
